Antonio Conte was forced into a tactical change following a two
straight defeats to Arsenal and Liverpool in September - with the
Blues winning every Premier League games since to topof the table.
Chelsea will travel to Etihad Stadium this weekend to play
Manchester City who is also a title rival - just one point separating
the two clubs but Conte will be confident of a positive result, having
adapt to formation that no side has managed to beat yet.
The Blues legend Gianfranco Zola has told Sky Sports he is
surprised with the Italian's Chelsea's form.
“I know how Antonio works, how good he is. To see the work
flourishing so quickly is a surprise but it’s all down to the work he
does and his ability as a coach. “(Not playing in Europe) is an
advantage, certainly, because there are teams who have more
games, but that’s not a guarantee.”
“You need to work hard to win the league because there five or six
teams who have the credentials to do that. They have to keep
performing the way they are doing and if they do that they stand a
good chance.”
