EFCC on Tuesday December 6, 2016 arraigned one Obonor John Damilola (a.ka Frank Mcghee Clinton) before Justice D.U Okorowo of the Ekiti State High Court, Ado Ekiti, on a 24 count charge bordering obtaining money by false pretense, possession of fraudulent documents, concealment and retention of proceed of crime. Obohor however pleaded not guilty.
Having critically study the Nigeria Judiciary sector, judgement comes faster on poor man but it takes years to decide on cases that has to do with Nigeria politicians.
