"ON THE EAGLE'S WINGS" BY G. OSCAR
"ON THE EAGLE'S WINGS"
On eagle's wings,
Soar I up high
A pointed arrow by
That Eyed gammer
So, as for the plumages,
Are well paste and set;
Blowing discomfort past
Like the western thunderstorm
The fire-spitten tail
Is somehow carefree
Elijaj's chariot with its flee
Fixed to kiss the sky
And niddle is mountain
To the ample eyes
Alexander's sword are the claws
And beaks are chislelike
So you have to wake me up
If the lizards threaten
To have me laden
In hitting the fixed haven

What is the TONE of this poem?
