Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Ayodele Fayose has presented cheques worth #184m(One hundred and eighty-four million naira) to twenty one communities in the state for community development projects through the State Community and Social Development Agency(EKSCDA).
Amongst the beneficiaries of the self help community programme meant to fast track development at the grassroot are Ijurin Community, Ijurin(N8.68m), Agbangudu Community, Ijero(N8.94m), Esun Community, Esun (N8.58m), Temidire Community, Ikole(N8.88m), Ipao Community (N8.99m), Maryland Community, Ado-Ekiti(N8.62m), Osun Community, Osun(N8.867), Ilemeso Community, Ilemeso(N8.926), Erio Community, Erio (N8.99m), Eyio Community, Eyio(N8.969m), Ibedoyin Community(N8.2m) and Ayetoro Community, Ayetoro(N8.95m)
Others include Usi Community, Usi (N8.89m), Irorin Community, Ilawe (N7.43m), Surulere Community, Igbara Odo(N8.99), Ewu Community, Ewu(N8.99m), Ipere Community, Ipere (N8.65m), Ayetoro-Ilasa(N8.86m), Idamudu Community, Emure(N8.43m), Olojido Community, Emure(N8.47m) and Odo Emure Community, Emure(N8.97m).
