Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti has reduced the N5,000 fee for the second screening of candidates seeking admission into the institution for the 2016/17 academic session to N2,500.
The Vice-Chancellor of the institution, Prof. Samuel Bamidele who disclosed this noted that the fee earlier puts at N5,000 was slashed because of the ”country’s economic situation, particularly that of parents, guardians and prospective candidates.”
The Deputy Registrar, Information, Ajibade Olubunmi, added that the economic situation in the country played a vital role in arriving at the decision.
The management, however, assured that the school will refund those that paid more than the amount stipulated for the oral interview which is N2, 500.
