A Nigerian mother has proved to the whole world that you can celebrate your birthday without the traditional cake as she took it up a notch with a plate of eba and soup.



Photos have emerged on social media showing the moment a Nigerian woman happily cut her "Eba Birthday Cake."

The images which are currently making the rounds online, reveal how a Nigerian mother who is celebrating her birthday, decided to ditch the traditional cake and went for a full plate of Eba and soup full of assorted meat.



She was captured on camera posing with the plate of food with a knife which she used to cut her eba.
